Emma has over 12 years’ experience creating and delivering commercial values-based training as well as performing transformational educational interventions. She also creates and facilitates ‘interactive behavioural’ training packages using forum theatre and role-play within the public, private and voluntary sectors, as well as the armed forces.
Emma is also a qualified coach with a certification in the Spiral Dynamics and Management Drives tools – a brilliant and surprisingly accurate way of discovering people’s drives, values and priorities and how they dictate the way they work and relate to those around them. She's also co-author of the acclaimed book 101 Days To Make Change.
Emma has extensive experience with clients in the corporate and educational sectors including Unilever, GSK and Sequoia.
