“The feedback was incredible and I lost count of the amount of people who said, 'Wow, that was incredible!' and/or 'We need a week' and/or 'What just happened in there?"

Bespoke, 101 Days to Make a Change Programmes
Development and change within a school is complex and challenging but can, if supported well, be truly transformative.
Run for groups of up to 12 people across a 3 to 4 month period. This programme can be extended to involve other learning groups, parents, governors and partnership project groups between schools.
Each Change Programme I run is formed of bespoke combination of workshops, reflective learning and coaching. This will combine group sessions, one -to-one sessions and online learning sessions to develop the group and individual approaches across a number months.
The 101 day programme is so named because it is based on the book 101 Days to Make a Change. This acclaimed book was a finalist in the People’s Book Prize awards.
Myself and two great friends and colleagues (Emma Kilbey and Kristina Bill) wrote it in response to the demands from clients who had been through the process with us. We are delighted with the outcome and everyone attending a 101 Days programme receives a copy to support them.
The content for all programmes is always the exploration of the four human conditions:
Depending on the size and needs of the group the content will be delivered over four days or (for smaller leadership teams) a 24 hour launch off site followed by four days in location. There then follows the rest of the 3 to 4 month process.
All content and outcomes are discussed prior to and a final proposal will be submitted once this process has been completed but the journey is always the same.
“It would be impossible to calculate the scale of the difference your work makes, or to determine how long it will last. I would suggest massive and enduring.”
