what we do

With our combined expertise and years of experience at RLP we have created a unique set of programmes aiding personal and group evolution within business environments. All of our work is embedded in the language and wisdom of Clare Graves’ Spiral Dynamics model – a structure which helps analyse the complexities of our drives and plan the most appropriate actions for us to thrive.

For individuals we encourage personal development focussing on managing change via a bespoke programme of one-to-one coaching.

Within group contexts we offer three-day developmental courses, weekend retreats, team dynamic workshops, diversity training, key-note speeches, presentation and communication skills training, plus conflict resolution using trusted models.

Whenever one of our crack teams visits an organisation, our initial intervention helps us truffle out its issues and - most importantly - its values. We know this is a vital stage in developing enterprising environments and workforces that can manage the complexities of surviving in the current competitive global market. In other words, we sometimes like to shake things up a little, but always with an organisation's ultimate success in mind. By tackling each team member’s ability to learn, adapt and evolve, we always have a positive influence on the team's profitability and efficiency.

Our methods are intellectually sound, spirited and creative, yet ultimately practical and sustainable.

'The companies that survive longest are the ones that work out what they can uniquely give to the world… Not just growth or money; but their excellence, their respect for others, or their ability to make people happy. Some call those things a soul.'
